Pinal Valley Well 34
At Pinal Valley Well #34, Hunter Contracting Co. (Hunter) worked with two design engineers to rehabilitate an old agricultural well into a potable water well to service Arizona City and Casa Grande. As part of this project, Hunter installed arsenic vessels, sand separators, a chemical system with four tanks, and dewatering bins, among other items. During the project, Hunter worked with the client's design team to assist with the design, provide value engineering to optimize the scope within budget, and construct an arsenic removal water treatment facility.
