Us 54 Overpass
The US 54 Overpass and Range Connect project featured the construction of a ten-span girder bridge to provide heavy military equipment crossing (including tanks) capability over US 54 and the Union Pacific Rail Road. This new bridge makes it possible for uninterrupted military operations and no disruption to either the rail or highway transportation corridors. The overpass was constructed near Orogrande, New Mexico and owned by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
