Monterey Park Expansion

Situated in Mesa, AZ, this project focused on the expansion of Monterey Park to its western side, encompassing around 21 acres. The enhancements on the vacant parcel involve the construction of four LED-lighted youth baseball/softball fields, LED lighting for the parking lot, a new restroom and concession building, shade sails, seatwalls, and improvements to the landscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems. Additionally, the project includes the establishment of an express library with an attached restroom, installation of a small owner-provided playground with shade structures, and creation of four pickleball courts.
