Biography

Rob has been working in the local construction industry since 1984 and has a very strong background in construction management, construction techniques, contract negotiations, construction coordination, scheduling and personnel management and development. Rob also has extensive experience in field operations. His direct involvement and supervision of field personnel has enabled him to successfully complete projects on time and within budget. He brings extensive experience is roadway construction, site development and underground utility construction. Rob’s ability to understand client’s needs; identify and evaluate construction challenges; and provide effective solutions has been key to success on his projects. He works closely with design engineers to provide the greatest value for the project at the least cost while creating a collaborative team environment and setting milestones for project success.
