Palm Creek Expansion

Located in Casa Grande, the Palm Creek Resort & Residences is a lively 55+ RV and manufactured home community. Offering residents many amenities ranging from dining to pickleball, this resort is its own small city. During this final phase of expansion, the resort was taken to just over 2,300 spaces. In addition to these additional spaces, the ballroom was expanded from 9,000 square feet to over 18,000 square feet, the area of an outdoor patio covered by a pergola structure was expanded, and a 1,200 square foot Pro Shop/Gift Shop was constructed. Site development for this project included mass grading, curb, paving, and concrete channel lining.
