Goodyear Site 12 Expansion

The City of Goodyear’s Site 12 Expansion Design-Build project included New Well #24, located south of Lower Buckeye Road and west of the Flood Control channel west of Cotton Lane. It also had New Well #25, located west of 175th Avenue and north of Broadway Road. Site 12 expansion to the south included earthwork, excavation, and demolition of the existing fence. Also included in the site expansion was an additional 2.0MG water reservoir, additional reverse osmosis skids, increased booster capacity from 2,000 GPM to 4,800 GPM, site layout, new perimeter fence, and landscaping to match the new El Cidro development architectural features generally. The new wells and expansion area is on land acquired by a development agreement.
