Districts 3 and 5 Lift Stations

 District 5 lift station is located west of the intersection of Casa Blanca Road and Bluebird Road (within the Sacaton WWTF fenced area) in Sacaton, AZ, within District 5. The project included building new sewage lift stations to replace old failing lift stations. It was determined that certain parts of the existing lift station could be used, which included: the existing pump control panel, the majority of the on-site electrical, on-site generator, and existing fencing. The design and construction included: pumps, piping, valves, electrical service (new fiberglass lift station), wet well (estimated at 34-feet deep), existing lift station abandonment, and site grading plan work in compliance with GRIC's requirements and input.

District 3 lift station is located east of Casa Blanca Road and Bluebird Road intersection. The project included demolishing the previous lift station and installing a new lift station. The design and construction included: a 15-feet fiberglass wet well, new manholes, on-site electrical, new pump control panels, pumps, a diesel backup pump, all associated piping, a new perimeter fence, and a site grading plan.
