Size of Project: $27.1 Million

Scope of Work: Retail shopping center – 189 acres located at Oracle Rd. and Tangerine Rd., over ½ million cubic yards of mass excavation, nearly 1 mile of soil cement bank protection, six new con-arch drainage structures in addition to the typical storm drainage system, new public and private sewer lines up to 21” diameter, new water lines and services, extensive site landscaping and riparian habitat restoration. Expected future work could include all common area site lighting, dry utility joint trench including services to commercial pads, and two signalized intersections within the property limits.

Schedule: Began in late April, 2007, and will complete in August, 2008.

- Size of Project: $23 Million
- Scope of Work: New roadway - 3.8 mile section connecting Moore Road with Interstate 10 with multi-use lanes, a 24 foot wide landscape median, cross culvert drainage improvements, storm drain system, irrigation drainage improvements, potable and non potable water facilities, sewer facilities, furnishing and installing pavement marking and signing, installation of traffic signal, and other related incidental work.
- Schedule: Began in November 2006 and will complete in March 2008.
