The Phoenix Highway Division, established in 1961 is the cornerstone of Hunter Contracting Co.

Rob Padilla, with over 35 years of experience in all aspects of construction operations, is the Vice President and the Division Manager for the Phoenix Highway Division. The Phoenix Highway Division is highly qualified in delivering construction projects in the traditional Hard Bid environment as well as by Alternative Delivery Methods (CM@Risk, JOC and Design Build).

The division is comprised of qualified and experienced professionals in both the engineering and construction sides of the contracting business, who are able to produce high quality projects on time and often with valued engineered cost savings.
