Developer Services Projects
Hunter Contracting Co.'s Developer Services Division specializes in infrastructure and commercial site development. We are a full service general contractor which self performs the following services:

SRP San Tan Warner Road Pipeline Installation Installation of 24,000 LF of SDR 11 HDPE Pipe for Cooling water Discharge. Pipe ran from Warner Road East of Val Vista Road to Power Road. (over 5 miles). Work involved maintaining continuously high volumes of traffic, Specialized Boring done at intersections to facilitate traffic, keeping the intersections open and minimize traffic congestion. Special Night work operations, fusion weld pipe, back fill with slurry. Milling and pavement replacement.

Cardinal Stadium Water, Sewer, Storm Drain HCC has been providing preconstruction services to Hunt for much of the remaining site work at the stadium. This includes plan reviews and pricing for the underground water, storm drain, grading, paving and bridge work at 95th Avenue. To date HCC has been awarded a construction contract for water, sewer and storm drain and is currently installing this work and is pursuing negotiations for remaining work.
