• This is our second three-year term
• Job Order Contract serving the City’s six water treatment facilities
• During our first three-year term, Hunter Contracting completed 120 projects
totalling $6,000,000.

• HCC is working with Wilson & Company to design and build a 1.0 MGD
facility

• Construct a new 12-MG cast-in-place concrete potable water reservoir
• Consists of the installation of a new infrastructure including water,
sewer, storm drain and electrical work.
• Construction of a new sludge drying bed and the demolition and excavation
of their existing reservoir is included. |

• Design/build project
• Contract amount of $7,856,405
• Hunter Contracting Co. is constructing a new 2.0-MG circular pre-stressed concrete reservoir along with a new 2,500 square foot building.
• This project also includes a booster pump station which will include vertical turbine pumps, discharge piping, valves, and magnetic flow meters.

• Hunter Contracting Co. is constructing a second 10MG finished water reservoir
• Installation of a new water treatment plant solids drying lagoon

| Phoenix Highway Division |
| |
• City of Scottsdale
• Design/Bid/Build
• Road Reconstruction of Scottsdale Road to 6 full lanes from Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd to Thompson Peak Parkway. Constructed all water, sewer, storm drain lines and to install conduits for APS, Qwest and Cox relocations. These relocations were coordinated during construction. In addition to the utility infrastructure, a new intersection was constructed at Scottsdale Rd and Union Hills Blvd along with 1600 LF of Road widening from Union Hills and to the connection with the Loop 101 Freeway. Additional work elements included concrete arch structures, traffic signals, coordination with businesses, architectural masonry walls, landscaping and offsite improvements. This is one of multiple segments awarded to us from the City of Scottsdale on the Scottsdale Road Improvement Project. Previous work included the 2004 AGC Award winning segment: Scottsdale Road – Indian Bend to McCormick Pkwy Improvements

• Original Contract amount $ 16,781,000.00 (3 phases, 3 GMP’s Under Contract)
• The City of Glendale is required to provide infrastructure improvements surrounding the Cardinal Stadium Site. The major work elements include constructing 4500 lf of Bethany Home Road, Widening 1 mile of 91 st Avenue with full intersection improvements, major SRP Irrigation and power relocations, installation of water, sewer, storm drain, interconnect and joint use conduits. In addition to the road improvements, a 22 Acre Youth Field is also a part of the project.

• Design Build Project
• Hunter Contracting Co. Phoenix Highway Division worked with Inca Engineers, Inc. to design, engineer and install 300-lighted parking canopies in a fully operating ADOT permitted facility. We performed project phasing, adjusted work hours and minimized impact to traffic.

• The City of Phoenix is creating an artistic pedestrian underpass to connect the retail developments of the Biltmore Plaza on the North side with the business and retail stores on the Southside of Camelback Road. Additional road improvements to Camelback Road and the nearby intersections are included in this project.
