Hunter Contracting Co. has a number of projects in progress throughout the state of Arizona. We are additionally always bidding on new projects. These are just a sample of some of the types of jobs Hunter Contracting is involved with.
Deer Valley Water Treatment Plant Expansion
On July 20, 1999 Hunter Contracting, Co.'s Industrial Division was the low bidder on the Deer Valley Water Treatment Plant Expansion.

The winning bid was $28.9 million

Estimating team was made up of: Jeff Jones, Tom Visco, Tom Sornsin and Keli Dobberstein.

Job began in 1999 and will take approximately two years to complete.

On Tuesday, November 21, 2000 the Deer Valley Water Treatment plant Expansion job held a Holiday Steak Fry. In all, about 110 people were served steak and an assortment of side dishes. Attendees included the City of Phoenix, Wilson & Company, WW Smith Construction, Waco Scaffolding, RKS Plumbing, Bunney's Inc, as well as Hunter personnel. Ken Kawamoto and Mike Stefon handled the cooking duties and by the comments from the guests, they did an outstanding job as usual
Peoria Paving/Storm Drain 15th-19th Avenue

Description: Cast in Place pipe 72"-48", RGRCP 66"-48", Concrete curb and gutter and paving.

Pueblo Pedestrian Bridge

Description: Steel Pedestrian Bridge with concrete sub structure, concrete path and lighting improvements.
