Apply To Become A Prequalified Vendor

We are excited that you are interested in working with Hunter Contracting.  You have two options to apply to be on our prequalified vendors list.

Option 1 - Apply Immediately Online
If you have all your information ready you can use our online form to submit your application immediately. You will need to have the following documents saved electronically (such as in PDF format). Please make sure each is saved as an individual file as you will upload each in its own section:
  •A copy of your current Insurance Certificate
•A letter from your Bonding Agent indicating Bond Limits, %, Availability and Bond Rate
•A copy of your most recent OSHA Form 300 (DO NOT include the names of the employees involved)
•A copy of your insurance carrier's or agent's certified letter of your company's experience modification rating for the current year and each of the previous two years as listed
•A copy of the Table of Contents of your Safety Policies
 
Option 2 - Download The Packet And Upload It When You Are Done
If you would like more time to fill out the prequalification packet, you can download the paperwork. Then once you are done simply save or scan all the documentation, including required attachments, into one electronic file (such as in PDF format). You can then return to this page to upload all your paperwork.
