The Con-Arch system has been completed on hundreds of locations for public and private sector clients throughout the Southwest. By utilizing Con-Arch in place of other conventional bridge and culvert construction, an owner will experience significant cost savings - ranging from 10% to 20% or even more over competitive construction technologies - with no corresponding loss in quality, integrity or timing. In addition to cost-savings, other benefits of the Con-Arch system include: |
| Enhanced Aesthetics | Timesaving |
| Improved Hydraulic Properties | Safety and Serviceability |
| Design-Build Convenience |

Con-Arch installations are completed through an integrated design-build process. Our engineers work closely with our estimating and operations departments to provide a seamless transition from design through completed construction. Finite element methods employing the latest in computer-modeling techniques are used to analyze every Con-Arch design. These techniques, applied to a soil structure interaction model, are used to develop efficient, cost-effective concrete arch structural sections. Con-Arch structures work in conjunction with surrounding soil to carry imposed loads. The rigid concrete arch provides the most efficient solution possible for small or large-span structures. The adequacy of the Con-Arch system has been verified by full-scale load field testing conducted by the Highway Innovative Technology Evaluation Center (HITEC), a service center of the Civil Engineering Research Foundation (CERF). The Con-Arch system is extremely versatile and can be used for a variety of applications, including: |
| Bridges of All Depths and Spans | Culverts and Storm Sewers |
| Cut and Cover Tunnels | Underpasses |
| Vaults and Reservoirs | Storm Drains |
| Environmentally Sensitive Crossings | Wildlife Overpasses |
| Water Harvesting Storage Tanks |
