Training Opportunities
It is the mission of the Hunter Contracting Co. Training Department to provide useful and effective training, which will help the company stay the “Contractor of Choice” in both a professional and ethical way.
The Training Department is focused on the job of providing the employees of the company with training that is of the best quality and value. To accomplish this, supervisors must be engaged in the request process from start to finish. Training is available for all levels of our total workforce to include refresher training for the most experienced personnel.

Note: All Classes may be given for Salary or Hourly as needed.
As a company we also participate in the Associated General Contractor’s Apprenticeship Program. As a note, the company does not condone the active recruitment of apprentices from other AGC members. Information about this program can be found at www.azagc.org.
Employees are encouraged to periodically view the Training Calendar for upcoming training opportunities.
Requests for training can be made using the Training Request Form, and will be researched and approved/disapproved as necessary. In order to critique the quality of the training provided, all employees must complete a Training Seminar Assessment (for outside training courses) or a Training Evaluation Form (for in-house training courses), following completion of any training course.
